Our Story
Our Story
Our story starts the other side of the globe in the UK. The owner of The Lawn Doctor, Donal Stuart, started off gaining a degree in Agriculture and spending quite a time there in intensive agriculture supplying most of the UK supermarket chains with vegetables, As well as a demanding start in agronomy, it was also a great lesson in taking care of demanding customers, the supermarket chains.
From there Donal moved on to a career in golf course management, managing a number of top end courses and presenting courses for around 20 international Open competitions. Also at the same time obtaining a turf qualification from Georgia University.
For the last 18 years Donal has been caring for numerous lawns in Auckland where he has a strong customer base.
